G8 Weekend Events

1-Kansas City ONE Aid - coinciding with this weekend's G8 Summit in St. Petersburg, Russia and inspired by the original Live Aid and Live 8 concerts, Kansas City musicians will be playing a role in fighting global poverty through the ONE Campaign. Venues and artists will be supporting ONE at various music events throughout the city this weekend, July 14-16.

2006 DATA Report

DATA (Debt AIDS Trade Africa) last week released its annual report on the progress of the G8 Nations towards fulfilling their promises of funding to fight extreme poverty. Go to their website
